2. Booking Policy

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • A specified advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
  • Booking confirmation will be provided only after receipt of payment.
  • The balance payment must be cleared before the commencement of travel unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Government-issued ID proof is mandatory at check-in for all guests.

3. Pricing Policy

  • All prices are quoted in INR (₹) unless otherwise mentioned.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in fuel costs, hotel tariffs, taxes, or government regulations.
  • GST and other applicable taxes will be charged as per Government of India norms.
  • Any increase in transportation costs, entrance fees, or taxes imposed after booking confirmation shall be borne by the customer.

4. Payment Terms

We accept payments through:

  • Bank transfer
  • UPI
  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • Secure payment gateways

The Company is not responsible for transaction failures due to banking issues.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation charges will apply as per the booking confirmation:

  • 30+ days before travel: 10%
  • 15–30 days before travel: 30%
  • 7–14 days before travel: 50%
  • Less than 7 days / No show: 100% retention

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days after deduction of applicable charges.

Note: Certain hotel bookings, peak season bookings, or special event packages may be non-refundable.

6. Amendments & Changes

  • Any changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability.
  • Amendment charges may apply.
  • Date changes during peak season may result in price differences.

7. Travel Documents & Responsibilities

  • Guests are responsible for carrying valid ID proof.
  • For international travel, passport, visa, and travel insurance are the responsibility of the traveler.
  • The Company shall not be liable for denial of services due to incorrect or incomplete documentation.

8. Liability & Limitations

  • Kingsthan Tourism acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels, transporters, airlines).
  • We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, natural calamities, political disturbances, or force majeure events.
  • Any additional expenses arising due to unforeseen circumstances must be borne by the traveler.

9. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Strikes
  • Government restrictions
  • War or civil unrest
  • Pandemic-related restrictions

10. Conduct of Travelers

  • Guests must behave respectfully towards hotel staff, drivers, guides, and fellow travelers.
  • Any damage caused to hotel property or vehicles must be compensated directly by the guest.
  • The Company reserves the right to terminate services without refund in case of misconduct.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content including text, images, logo, branding, itineraries, and marketing materials are the intellectual property of Kingsthan Tourism (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

12. Website Usage

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

    Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all bookings made with Kingsthan Tourism (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By confirming a booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email from the registered email ID used for booking.

Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the number of days prior to the travel date.

2. Standard Cancellation Charges (Domestic Packages)

  • 30 days or more before travel date: 10% of total booking amount
  • 15–29 days before travel date: 25% of total booking amount
  • 7–14 days before travel date: 50% of total booking amount
  • 0–6 days before travel date / No Show: 100% of total booking amount

3. Peak Season & Special Event Policy

For bookings during:

  • New Year
  • Christmas
  • Diwali
  • Long weekends
  • Fairs & Festivals (e.g., Pushkar Fair, Desert Festival)
  • Special Events & Luxury Palace Stays

Cancellation charges may be:

  • Non-refundable from the time of confirmation, or
  • As per hotel/vendor specific policy.

These terms will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking confirmation.

4. Hotel-Specific Cancellation

Certain hotels (especially heritage, palace, boutique & luxury properties) may have stricter cancellation terms.

If a hotel applies a 100% retention policy, the same shall be applicable to the guest regardless of the above standard policy.

5. Flight & Train Bookings

  • Flight tickets are subject to airline cancellation policies.
  • Train tickets are subject to IRCTC rules.
  • Service charges are non-refundable.

6. Transportation Cancellation

  • 48 hours or more before service: 25% retention
  • 24–48 hours before service: 50% retention
  • Less than 24 hours / No show: 100% retention

7. Refund Processing

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after cancellation approval.
  • Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment.
  • Payment gateway charges, bank charges, and service fees are non-refundable.
  • In case of force majeure situations, refund timelines may extend.

8. Amendment & Date Change Policy

  • Amendments are subject to availability.
  • Date changes may result in a price difference.
  • If revised cost is higher, the difference must be paid.
  • If lower, the difference may be adjusted (subject to vendor policy).

Amendment requests within 7 days of travel may be treated as cancellation.

9. No Show Policy

If a guest:

  • Fails to arrive at the hotel
  • Misses transportation
  • Does not join the tour

It will be treated as a No Show, and 100% of the booking amount will be retained.

10. Early Departure

In case of early check-out or voluntary termination of services:

  • No refund shall be provided for unused services.

11. Force Majeure

In case of:

  • Natural calamities
  • Government restrictions
  • Pandemic lockdowns
  • Political unrest
  • Flight cancellations beyond our control

Refunds will be processed strictly as per hotel/vendor policies. The Company shall not be liable for additional compensation.

12. Special Notes

  • Refunds are subject to confirmation from service providers.
  • Processing timelines may vary depending on bank/payment gateway.
  • Promotional or discounted packages may be non-refundable.

This B2B Partner Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between:

Kingsthan Tourism (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., Jaipur, Rajasthan, India
(hereinafter referred to as “Company”)

AND

The registered Travel Agent / Tour Operator / Corporate Partner
(hereinafter referred to as “Partner”).

By engaging in business with the Company, the Partner agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. Scope of Partnership

The Company appoints the Partner on a non-exclusive basis to:

  • Promote and sell travel packages
  • Book hotels, transport, sightseeing & curated experiences
  • Market Rajasthan and India tour products offered by the Company

This agreement does not create any joint venture, franchise, or employment relationship.

2. Rates & Confidentiality

  • All B2B rates provided are strictly confidential.
  • Rates must not be disclosed to clients as net rates.
  • The Partner is responsible for adding their own markup.
  • Any misuse of confidential pricing may result in termination of partnership.

3. Booking Procedure

  • All bookings must be confirmed via official email.
  • Verbal confirmations will not be considered valid.
  • Booking will be processed subject to availability.
  • Written confirmation from the Company will validate the booking.

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • 50% advance payment at the time of confirmation.
  • 50% balance payment before guest arrival.
  • For peak season / luxury bookings: 100% advance may be required.
  • Credit facility (if granted) must be honored within agreed timelines.

Delay in payment may result in service suspension.

5. Commission Structure

  • Commission or net rates will be mutually agreed via email.
  • Commission is applicable only after full payment realization.
  • No commission is payable on cancelled or refunded bookings.
  • TDS deduction must be supported by valid certificate.

6. Cancellation Policy (B2B)

  • Cancellation charges will be as per hotel/vendor policy.
  • Peak season bookings may be non-refundable.
  • Partner must communicate cancellation in writing.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deduction of vendor charges.

7. Amendment Policy

  • Amendments are subject to availability.
  • Date changes may lead to rate revision.
  • Last-minute amendments may incur additional charges.
  • Amendments within 7 days of arrival may be treated as cancellation.

8. Responsibilities of the Partner

The Partner agrees to:

  • Provide accurate guest details
  • Inform guests about cancellation policies
  • Ensure guests carry valid ID proofs
  • Avoid false commitments or misrepresentation of services
  • Make timely payments

The Company shall not be liable for issues arising from incorrect guest information provided by the Partner.

9. Liability & Limitation

Kingsthan Tourism acts as an intermediary between guests and service providers such as:

  • Hotels
  • Transporters
  • Airlines
  • Activity providers

The Company is not responsible for:

  • Natural calamities
  • Political unrest
  • Flight cancellations
  • Service provider negligence
  • Loss, injury, or damages during travel

Maximum liability shall not exceed the total booking amount received.

10. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Strikes or lockdowns
  • Pandemic situations
  • War or civil unrest

Refunds in such cases will depend on vendor policies.

11. Non-Circumvention

The Partner agrees not to:

  • Directly contact hotels/vendors introduced by the Company for contracted rates.
  • Bypass the Company to secure direct pricing.

Violation may lead to immediate termination and legal action.

12. Branding & Marketing

  • Partner may use Company branding only with written approval.
  • Unauthorized use of logo, itineraries, or marketing materials is prohibited.
  • Customized itineraries remain intellectual property of the Company.

13. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes shall first be resolved amicably.
  • Failing which, disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
  • Governing law: Indian Law.

14. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

  • With 30 days written notice
  • Immediately in case of breach of terms
  • In case of non-payment or misuse of confidential information

Outstanding dues must be cleared within 7 working days of termination.

15. Confidentiality Clause

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of:

  • Client data
  • Pricing structure
  • Vendor contracts
  • Business strategies

This clause survives termination of agreement.

16. Acceptance

By continuing business transactions with Kingsthan Tourism (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., the Partner confirms acceptance of these terms.
